Devi (Krisha Fairchild), an aging pot farmer suddenly finds her world shattered as she races to bring in what could be her final harvest.

Episode 15 is a special one! We have the cast and crew of the much anticipated FREELAND. We were so lucky to have with us co-writer/co-director Mario Furloni, producer Laura Heberton, Krisha Fairchild, Frank Mosely and John Craven. As soon as we got everyone on the line it was immediately obvious that this was a family reuniting. It was so touching to hear that we’ve left in those initial minutes as everyone came online and said their hellos. I hope you enjoy that as much as I did.

FREELAND was intended to premiere at SXSW in March. We all know what has happened to the festival circuit this year. But not unlike this film’s lead Devi, the FREELAND team has had tough decisions to make in this new landscape for films. We are delighted that they have decided to try virtual festivals. Especially happy that they have included Skyline as part of their festival run.
